FAQ

Have questions about our photobooth rental service? We've got answers! Check out our frequently asked questions below to learn more about our services. If you can't find an answer to your question, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help.

  • What camera do you use?
    Unlike many of our digital photobooth competitors we don't use tablets. The images produced on tablets are not great even in good light situations. Instead we opt to use cannon digital cameras to give you great quality pictures.
  • How much space do you need?
    If going up against a wall we need 1m in width by 0.5m in depth to install the photobooth. If you are booking a backdrop this will increase to between 2.4m or 3m wide with a depth of around 1.5m.
  • How do I view my photos?
    During the event you and your guests can enter your email after taking your photo to receive it instantly in the photobooth layout. Individual images will be available separately after your event. You must have a strong and stable internet connection at the venue for this to work. After the event we will send you a link to your online gallery. This can be shared with all your guests using a password to log in and download the images for free. A link and password will be displayed at your event for guests to take note of how they access images online after the event. The images will include the combined photobooth photos and layout and also each individual image taken. You and your guests also have the option to buy prints if there are any particular favourites.
  • Does the photobooth come with props?
    You have the option to purchase prop packs in the checkout process. Or you can supply your own. Choosing either of these options mean we don't have to charge our customers post event for missing or damaged props. This is highly likely as our booths are unmanned offering no limits on time.
  • How many people fit in your photobooth?
    This is the great thing about our open air photobooth. It really is only limited by the amount of space you can provide for guests to stand. Realistically with a backdrop we say a maximum of 20.
  • How long does it take to set up?
    It will only take us 30 minutes to set up the photobooth. This will increase to 45 minutes if you are booking a backdrop too.
